I was pleased with the level one restaurant. The breakfast restaurant had elegant decor. The food quality was HIGH. Royal jelly was available. Egg tart was another option.
I was disappointed with the water provision. Water came in tetrapaks. I find it inappropriate for a hotel of this category. I expect water in glass bottles. I disliked that some of the water tasted of plastic.

I was pretty annoyed with a couple of things. first, the water was in tetrapaks. i think glass bottles would be better for a hotel like this. also, some of the water tasted like plastic. It was not good. empty cans sat outside the conference rooms for hours and nobody picked them up. i also saw a towel on the floor in the hallway, and the receptionist just stepped over it. i really expect better.

my high expectations werent fully met due to a tight cost budget. it was obvious in certain areas.
